We have inventory levels for you to check as you are placing your order.
They will show up in the shopping basket.
If the title has an "in stock" quantity greater than one, then your order will ship within 2-14 days.
If the title has a "zero" or "one" quantity "in stock", that title will have to be ordered from our distributor.
That order will take 2-5 weeks.
That time depends on how fast our distributor gets our order to us. This is the processing time.
The shipping time will add about a week.
The unavailable titles are deleted once a week.

Why does it take so long for us to process some orders?


We are offering for sale a combination of what our 6-10 distributors are offering for sale to us.

We order (what you order) once a week from our 2 major distributors and as needed from the other ones.
Your order could contain titles from different distributors.
Also, we have stock on over half of what we sell.

So your order can take 2-4 weeks depending on what you order.
Most US address orders take about 3 weeks. Some orders will take 6-8 weeks for some hard to get titles.
Your order will ship within 2-4 days if we have what you order in stock, but it still could take up to 2 weeks for you to get to your order.

All international orders will ship in about 3-4 weeks but will probably
arrive less than 6-8 weeks from your order date.

We will get your order to you as soon as we can.

Your credit card will be charged on the ship date for only what is shipped.
If a title is no longer available, we will mark it "NA" on your packing slip and not charge it.
Please keep in mind that out of print lp's are in limited supply so some will sell out.
We will delete them from the website as soon as we know.

Orders are shipped by airmail: Shipping is calculated by the ESTIMATED WEIGHT of Lp's you order.
First lp is $10, 2 lps are $11, 3 are $12 etc but will be adjusted for ACTUAL WEIGHT of the final box Use the shipping process for higher weights. Double LP's will count as 2 etc. Lps weigh about 1/2 of pound each. Customer pays for their own duties and taxes. If your order is under 4 pounds, we will ship it airmail. Orders over 4 pounds will ship for cost plus handling. Orders are insured. The shipping will be manually adjusted from the calculated cost when necessary.

Europe and South America Shipping

All of the LP’s we sell are 100% guaranteed against defects.

Lpnow.com accepts only DEFECTIVE returns (within 2 weeks of receipt). Defectives only

We cannot return anything to our distributors, so be sure to order what you want.

Thinking you were ordering a CD and received an Lp is NOT a reason for a return

We do not sell cds, only vinyl Lps.

We define a defective LP as unplayable.

No cash refunds/credits for returned defectives.

We will replace the Lp with the same title if still available or
replace it with an alternate you choose at the same price.
